Defending State Champions Appleton North (Spring 2021 - Division 1), Luxemburg-Casco (Fall 2020 - Division 2), Howards Grove (Fall 2020 - Division 3), and Catholic Central (Fall 2020 - Division 4) earned No. 1 rankings in the first WVCA Coaches Poll of 2021.

Appleton North, Brookfield Central, Divine Savior Holy Angels, Oconomowoc, and Kettle Moraine claimed the top five spots in Division 1.

Luxemburg-Casco, Edgewood, Sauk Prairie, Fox Valley Lutheran, and McFarland landed in the top five in Division 2.

Howards Grove, Fall Creek, Lake Country Lutheran, Waterloo, and Oconto were the top five teams in Division 3.

Catholic Central, Turtle Lake, McDonell Central, Three Lakes, and Prentice claimed the top five spots in Division 4.
