Oconomowoc takes over top spot in D1

With a victory in the Charger Challenge tournament championship Saturday afternoon, Oconomowoc knocked off previous No. 1 Divine Savior Holy Angels to overtake the top spot in the WVCA Week 4 Division 1 Coaches Poll. Appleton North finished third in the 32-team tournament, also climbing to third in the poll. Burlington and Hamilton round out the top five.

Xavier made it four straight weeks atop Division 2, with Sauk Prairie surging to the No. 2 spot in Week 4 following a fifth place finish at the Charger Challenge. Luxemburg-Casco, Fox Valley Lutheran, and Pewaukee all remain in the top five.

Also finishing a strong fifth place at the Charger Challenge, Howards Grove was once again a unanimous No. 1 in Division 3. There was some change behind the Tigers this week with Saint Croix Falls surging to No. 2--its highest ever ranking in the WVCA poll. Lake Country Lutheran, Randolph, and Westby closed out the top five.

While Athens didn't compete at the Charger Challenge, it did retain its top spot in Division 4. Columbus Catholic jumped two spots to No. 2, followed by Monticello, McDonell Central, and Hillsboro in the top five.
